This project focused on creating an innovative packaging using FSC-certified single-coated cardboard and food-grade plastic. The case was printed in a single black color and laminated with a matte finish. Production was fully automated for the bottom gluing, while the lid required a mixed approach: automatic gluing combined with 5 manual points to ensure precision and speed.

With a print run of 80,000 pieces, MDM Graphics optimized processes while maintaining high quality standards, ensuring a complex yet efficient production.
