For the customized digital booklet kits for IKEA, MDM Graphics employed a specialized division for printing and tailored packaging. The 6 production lines managed inline staple binding, while the dual wrapping line automatically inserted envelopes, warranties, and accessories. With the capability to produce high-volume digital runs with variable data, the on-demand production process was efficient and personalized. Printing was done on paper ranging from 50 to 200 gr, including carbonless paper, ensuring quality and versatility in every detail.
