The Pea Box is an example of luxury packaging that combines sustainability and precision. The lid, made of FSC-certified single-coated cardboard, was printed in solid Pantone color with vegetable ink, die-cut, and machine-glued to ensure fast and accurate production. The inner tray, made up of two boxes joined by hinges, was assembled manually with great attention to detail. This project required a combination of two-color Pantone printing and matte lamination to ensure the integrity of the product in contact with food. The box was completed with manually inserted dividers, providing a finished, assembled product ready for use.
